Tosa's Skilled Craftsmen
Tosa craftsmen create knives using traditional techniques unaffected by modernization. They famously don't use molds. They use free forging — hammering and shaping heated metal into superior knives. Handling the entire process allows for great flexibility.
Our Stores
We operate two knife stores in Japan, strategically located in areas world-famous for their concentration of specialized cooking equipment retailers that attract chefs and restaurant owners from all over Japan and abroad.
• Tokyo Store: Opened in 2019 in Kappabashi, an area between Asakusa and Ueno.
• Osaka Store: Opened in 2021 in Osaka’s Namba Sen-Nichimae Shopping Arcade.
